Should I choose 3D printing or laser cutting?
3D printing is the starting point for three-dimensional models such as miniatures and sculpted terrain. Laser cutting suits pieces cut from sheet material, such as terrain components, tokens and templates. If your idea spans both, choose “Both services” or “I'm not sure” on the quote form.
What kinds of projects can I enquire about?
You can enquire about miniatures, terrain, tabletop accessories and custom parts. Include a description and any files or reference information so the project's suitability can be assessed. The gallery shows illustrative possibilities rather than a guarantee that every design can be produced.
What should I include with my files?
Include the quantity, intended finished dimensions or miniature scale, and any material or finish preferences. Explain how parts should fit together and include units for all measurements. Ask us to confirm suitable formats before sharing files.
What if my files are not ready?
You can start with a description of your idea. Tell me if your design is still taking shape; we can discuss files or any design help afterwards.
What materials and finishes are available?
Tell me your material or finish preference if you have one. We can discuss suitable options when reviewing your idea.
How do I specify the size of my project?
Give the intended final dimensions with units. For miniatures, include your intended scale and any base or reference measurements. For cut pieces, include the preferred thickness and any dimensions that must match other parts. We will confirm whether the dimensions suit the project.
Can one project use both services?
Yes, the quote form lets you request both services. Describe which pieces you expect to be printed or cut, and explain how they work together. The proposed approach and suitability are confirmed when the request is reviewed.
How do I get a quote?
Use the Order page to share your idea and contact details. I will get in touch to discuss the project. Sending an idea does not take payment or confirm production.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Include the quantity you need, even if it is a single piece. Any minimum quantity or order value that applies will need to be confirmed with your quote.
How long will my project take?
Add your requested date and tell us if it relates to a planned event. Timing is confirmed alongside the project details and availability; a requested date is not a guaranteed completion date.
Can I supply a design made by someone else?
Only supply a design if you are authorized to have it reproduced. Check the creator's licence or permission, including whether third-party production is allowed. A file purchase or download does not always include every reproduction right.
